Often, yes. Feasibility input, conceptual budgets, and design coordination can support grant applications, capital campaigns, and donor conversations — detailed preconstruction work is available as a defined, paid scope so expectations stay clear.
Do you handle design as well as construction for community facilities?
Yes — our design studio and construction team can carry a facility from concept and feasibility through permit-ready documents and construction, or collaborate with your existing architect.
